Riddhi Bhanushali is a musician, teacher, and playback artist. She was born and brought up in Mumbai but has roots in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Riddhi's passion for music led her to pursue a full-time career in this field.
During her childhood, Riddhi had an average upbringing. Although she had an interest in music, she had never thought of becoming a musician. Initially, she enjoyed handicrafts and had a liking for math and science. However, everything changed during a three-month vacation after her 10th class. Riddhi decided to utilize this time and learned to play the keyboard, which sparked her musical journey.
After completing her 10th class, Riddhi opted for Commerce, even though she was interested in Science. She made this choice to focus more on her musical aspirations. She started working as a keyboardist and participated in a singing competition, where she secured the second rank. This success motivated her to pursue singing further and start earning through her talent.
During her journey, Riddhi made a significant mistake by choosing the wrong guru. However, she learned the importance of carefully examining people before trusting them.
Riddhi considers her second guru, Prashant, as her role model. He not only guided her as a teacher but also became a supportive friend.
Riddhi's life mantra is to never compare herself to others. Instead, she believes in competing with herself and focusing on personal growth. This mindset has helped her achieve success in her musical career.
Riddhi advises aspiring musicians to have patience and focus on learning the basics first. She emphasizes the importance of choosing a wise and trustworthy guru, as they can greatly influence one's musical journey.
