Richa, a school principal and motivational speaker, has experience as an English lecturer and a Panchayat elementary education officer. She believes that teachers should be revered for instilling morals and knowledge, and she emphasizes the importance of integrity and honesty.

Richa Roopal Vyas is a proud principal of the Govt Senior Secondary School at Sindhu and a Panchayat elementary education officer.

Richa is an extremely optimistic and positive person. She has five years of experience as a school principal. She spent 25 years as an English lecturer before accepting her current role. She is a motivational speaker as well.

Richa spent her childhood in the West Bengal city of Durgapur. The University of Calcutta awarded her a degree. Her strengths, consistency, and tenacity enabled her to get through numerous challenges in life. Government employees and offices rarely complete their tasks in India. She hopes to demonstrate that her school is an exception to this rule.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Richa was the head of the COVID relief program in her area, and she risked her life to help those in need during the tough times. She also had the responsibility to quarantine people who were infected or who came from places that were already infected. She also had to make sure people who were infected were not resisting quarantine. This operation was a huge success, according to her.

Richa thinks that since teachers instill morals and knowledge, they ought to be respected for it. The duty of producing decent and ideal citizens for the nation falls heavily on teachers. The most important qualities for a teacher to possess are integrity and honesty, says Richa.

Richa is interested in expanding her knowledge base and improving her abilities. She is also passionate about social service because she thinks that living is all about improving the world. Richa claims that her mother is her biggest inspiration. Her mother is an accomplished author who has written 80 novels. She was a woman who always possessed optimism and never gave up on life.

According to Richa, education encompasses much more than just degrees. While school can teach you a lot, experience can help you learn things that go beyond the purview of education. One who sets an example is a leader. She sees the ideal leader as one who works with the team and fosters cohesion, rather than being dictatorial or dominating.

If given a chance to travel back in time, Richa would like to spend more time traveling and meeting new people. Rabindranath Tagore's song "Ekla Chalo Re" is her favorite. She feels inspired by the quote, “Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.”
