Richa Raj, founder of The Twak, believes that life's challenges should not be considered hardships and that every difficulty can teach valuable lessons.

The Twak is Richa's business endeavor, and it focuses on designing clothing and selling it online. Richa earned her BSc from Mohanlal Sukhadia University. Her artistic mind makes her enjoy designing clothing in her spare time.

During her internship, she picked up a lot of management abilities, and now that she is employed here, she is a part of the HR staff. She thinks that at the age of 21, life hasn't really given her any challenges in that sense. She believed that difficulties in life shouldn't be categorized as hardships. She thinks that every difficulty we overcome can teach us something valuable. One needs to develop an optimistic outlook. She believes that her best qualities are positivism and self-motivation.

Richa created her own fashion design company and e-commerce platform in 2020. Throughout the pandemic, she grew as a person. She also used internet tools to participate in her work at Inspiro.

When asked about her role model, Richa says her situation serves as a role model for her. She embraces these difficulties, and by persevering and being determined to find her own solutions, she has developed crucial management and leadership skills.

Education is the cornerstone of an individual's perspective. She believes that education is essential since it allows us to gather knowledge about a variety of issues that surround us. Experience is far more crucial in a professional setting, yet it is useless without the right education and cannot be acquired without it.

Richa claims that being a leader is not a natural talent. Through experience, one develops leadership qualities over time.
