An educator and administrator, Renu is offering her services with a strong dedication towards every child's social and academic growth and development.

Renu Rathore is working as the Vice Principal at Rockwoods High School, Udaipur. She has been working with the group since 2011. She started out as a mother teacher at the school and eventually rose to the position of vice principal.

Renu has completed her graduation from Sophia College, Ajmer, and her post-graduation from MCM DAV College, Chandigarh. She also has a bachelor's degree in education.

Renu says that she has been influenced by one of her teachers since childhood and has enjoyed dressing and acting like her. But she didn't know then that the teaching profession is more than just dressing like a teacher. She recalls the time during her college years when she participated in the National Service Scheme and visited a juvenile home for the first time. After seeing the kids there, she realized how fortunate she and her fellow volunteers are, and teaching those kids motivated her to make a difference in the lives of such children. Today, she volunteers her time by teaching not only at her school but also at the juvenile home.

Sharing her COVID experience, Renu says that she was not tech-savvy at all before the COVID period, and she had to face a lot of difficulty in suddenly adopting online education because she had always avoided it. She further says that before her team became tech-savvy, she updated herself technically with the help of her husband.

When asked about her role models, Renu says that she considers her father as her role model. Despite the fact that he himself was not well-educated, her father always encouraged her to pursue a good education. She expresses gratitude to her father and mother for inspiring her to be who she is today.

Renu gives only one piece of advice to the new generation: time is very precious, don't waste even a second of it. She advises the youth, saying they need to be very grateful towards their family because they are busy fulfilling their dreams even after making all the sacrifices. Youth also have a responsibility towards their families and society. Young people can make their elders' lives easier by teaching them about technology.
