Renu Joshi is a lecturer in mathematics and is pursuing her doctorate in graph theory. She is from Udaipur and credits her husband for the success she has attained.

Renu Joshi is a lecturer of mathematics at Techno India NJR Institute of Technology, Udaipur. She has done an M.Sc. and a B.Ed. and is pursuing her Ph.D. in graph theory. She has taught in institutes like Kendra Vidyalaya and CTAE, Udaipur.

Renu says that after marriage, she completed her B.Ed. and thought of doing something. During her college days, she was inspired by her lecturers and decided to go into teaching.

Renu feels that education and experience are both necessary. She says that while education helps in building proper knowledge and creating a vision in children, experience helps in applying that education and moving forward in life.

Renu thinks that people who want to come into this profession should have the habit of keeping themselves updated about their subjects. She says that we should always be ready to learn new things, like they had to shift from offline to an online platform for teaching students during COVID. She believes that the learning process of a teacher never stops.

Renu shares that when she enters her class, the first thing she does is make sense of the students' attitude toward what they want and where they have doubts. She tries to create a connection with them and starts teaching accordingly.

Renu shares that her husband supported her through her journey as a lecturer, and nothing could have been possible without his backing. She says that both husband and wife should support one another and help each other in everything.

If given a time machine, Renu would like to go back to her college and school days and enjoy life with her friends.

In her free time, Renu likes to go out with her family and indulge in dancing and painting.
