Leaving behind the uncertainties of life, Renu Jadhav is working passionately and dedicatedly as a school principal.

Renu Jadhav is working as a Principal at Vidya Bhawan Senior Secondary School in Udaipur. She has been working at this institution for 32 years.

Renu lives in Udaipur. She was born in Udaipur and completed her education in this institution itself. She has done graduation, post-graduation, B.Ed and M.Ed.

Sharing about her journey in life, Renu says that she joined a school in Jhamar Kotda where she worked as a teacher for 20 years. She started to teach from nursery classes and then she taught senior classes for many years.

Continuing about her journey in life, Renu says that after coming back to Udaipur she joined Vidya Bhawan as a Junior In-charge in 2013. Now she has been working as the Principal for three years.

Talking about her struggles in life, Renu says that when she joined the school for the first time, it was very difficult for her to manage the students and teach them. Another critical incident in her life was when her husband passed away. Looking after her children and managing her job became the biggest struggle in her life. Sharing her third biggest struggle in life, Renu says that she met with an accident but she was supported by the school staff and her family members to cope with her problems.

When asked about her role models in life, Renu says that she has considered different people as her role models at different stages of her life. Firstly, she considered her parents as her role models, then she considered her parents-in-law and her family as role models. She also considers her school teachers who taught her as her inspirations. Renu has been inspired by many people who came to her way in life.

If a Time Machine is given to her, Renu would like to go back in time and relive her childhood when she was free from all worldly worries.

In her spare time, Renu likes to listen to songs, watch films and do gardening. Renu also plays badminton with her daughter-in-law in her free time.

To the youngsters, Renu advises them to work on time and consider the value of work in their life.

For the aspirants of the field of teaching, Renu advises them to become good citizens first. She further suggests they have patience and then they can live the life of a teacher.

Sharing about her Covid experience, Renu says that it was a challenge for her to manage the classes and the students online during the pandemic.
