She believes that between the ages of three and six, children pass through the most sensitive and formative years of their lives. During this period, habits are shaped, emotional security is developed, and the base of future learning is established.

She explains that when a child enters school for the first time, the biggest challenge they face is separation from the mother. At this stage, children do not first look for books or toys, they look for comfort and reassurance. Understanding this emotional need, the school follows a mother-teacher concept. Under this approach, one teacher is assigned to a particular group of students and she teaches them all subjects.

She says that in her classroom, initial instruction is primarily given in Hindi, as it is the language most students speak at home. This allows children to express their feelings and thoughts comfortably. When children understand concepts clearly in their own language, their confidence improves and communication gradually becomes easier. After that, English is introduced in a simple and structured way.

Talking more about the school, Teacher Renu Bhawsar says that each day, students learn a new English word and are encouraged to use it in small sentences. Weekly Hindi and English rhymes are taught creatively with actions and expressions. This balanced approach helps students become comfortable in both the languages without confusion or fear. Bhawsar also says that the school focuses on early reading skills through phonics from the nursery level. By teaching letter sounds, children develop clarity in pronunciation and reading. This early training prepares them for Lower and Upper Kindergarten, ensuring that they step ahead with confidence rather than hesitation.
