Rekha Nimawat has been working as a Hindi and Math teacher at Alok Senior Secondary School since 2015.
Rekha was born in Udaipur. After completing her studies, she got married at the young age of eighteen. However, her life completely turned upside down when her husband committed suicide after ten years of their marriage under financial pressure.
Rekha says that she had to support her two children and so she restarted her studies and did STC from Aishwarya College. After that, she joined Alok School and feels that she has grown and learned a lot here.
Talking about the COVID pandemic, Rekha says that it was a bad time for everyone. Teaching online was also a tough task as it does not prove to be that effective and does not get full student attention.
Talking about her role models, Rekha says that her father is her inspiration. His simple nature inspires her a lot and she wants to be like him.
In her free time, Rekha likes to pursue stitching and dancing.
