Despite being an Engineer, Ravindra made his career as a math teacher to remain close to the subject. It has been ten years now of him being into this profession.

Ravindra Sharma has been working as a Mathematics Teacher at Alok School, Udaipur since 2012. He says that math is not a subject but a passion for him. Alongside his job, he is also preparing for some government exams.

Ravindra belongs to Udaipur. He studied in a government school in his locality. When he was in 10th std, the financial condition of his family was in turmoil. So he dropped out of school and studied privately. He did his B.Tech from Geetanjali University. Soon, he joined Alok School as a math teacher, due to his inclination towards this subject. Simultaneously, he used to teach at his own coaching classes as well.

Recalling his childhood, Ravindra says that as a kid, he used to play in mud piles. He says that despite living in deprivation, he had a fun-filled childhood.

Talking about his role models, Ravindra says he considers his then school teacher, Narayan Kumawat as his role model for inspiring him to do something in math. He also draws inspiration from many motivational speakers by watching their videos on YouTube.

Sharing his COVID experience, Ravindra says that he had closed his private coaching classes just a year before COVID struck. Consequently, his salary was also slashed due to the lockdown.  Since then, he has been managing his expenses only on his salaried income.

In his spare time, he is fond of reading books.

Ravindra advises everyone that no matter how far you reach in your life, never forget your parents. He tells them to never take a wrong step no matter what the situation is.
