He reveals that from 2002 to 2007, he served as a lecturer at Avantika University in Ujjain before returning to Indore. Upon his return, he held the position of Associate Professor at several esteemed institutions, ultimately joining Medicaps University. He attended Kalidas Montessori Senior Secondary School, a CBSE-affiliated institution in Ujjain, and went on to earn his undergraduate degree from Government Madhav Vigyan Mahavidyalaya, Ujjain. He then pursued a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Commerce at Vikram University, Ujjain, where he also completed his Ph.D. in Commerce. Continuing to expand his knowledge, he obtained an MBA in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in 2024, reflecting his lifelong commitment to learning and personal growth.

However, due to pressing professional commitments, he could not appear, leading to an unexpected delay in his PhD progress.

This setback became a source of disappointment and uncertainty. Even his guide remarked, “You never know when the next RDC will happen,” which further deepened his frustration and dissatisfaction. The delay tested his patience, making this phase one of the most challenging periods of his academic life.

Fortunately, the next RDC opportunity arrived in 2013. With renewed determination, patience, and perseverance, young Ravi Vyas overcame the obstacles and successfully completed his PhD in 2014. This experience strengthened his resolve and reinforced his belief in the power of persistence, proper guidance, and patience in achieving academic and professional goals.

Dr. Ravi Vyas further clarifies that in 2008, he had planned to pursue an MBA but was unable to complete it at that time. He successfully completed the program later. He reflects that balancing professional work, ongoing studies, and teaching was challenging yet deeply rewarding. Over the years, he has developed extensive knowledge in commerce, financial management, and research, and takes great pride in sharing this expertise with his students.
