Ravi Jain’s Rudra Consultancy has made a name for itself in the staff recruitment field helping candidates and clients both meet each other’s requirements.

Ravi Jain is an enthusiastic young recruiter of staff and manpower. He provides recruitment assistance to hundreds of clients and companies through his firm Rudra Consultancy Services.

Ravi is from Vallabhnagar, a small place about 40 kilometers from Udaipur. He did his schooling from there itself and then did his graduation in commerce from B.N.College, Udaipur. For one and a half years he worked in an HR consultancy firm and then went for an MBA. After completing MBA from MLSU, he decided to start his own firm for the same services in 2014. His firm provides skilled manpower to all sorts of companies and industries including IT, Manufacturing, MNCs etc. His services are pan India and he even provides manpower to overseas clients too.

Recently, he has also started a Training and Placement cell with a team of experienced mentors. This cell provides live training to candidates and offers learning with earning.

Talking about his struggles he says that when he started his firm, the initial months were full of struggle as they had no clients. Gradually they built a reputation in the market and got a foothold. The Covid period was also a big setback as everything came to a standstill. But, he stood firm and did not lose heart and ultimately business came back.

Ravi says that his success mantra is hard work, delivering on time and always maintaining good quality of candidate profiles. He says that he never took any leave and worked day and night to earn a name for his firm.

When asked about sacrifices, Ravi says that he was so engrossed in his work that he could not give time to his family and friends and that was the biggest sacrifice he had to make.

Ravi says he does not have a particular role model and he has found inspiration from various people whom he has met in life. He, especially, is inspired by the senior and successful people in his field of work.

For youngsters interested in joining this field, his advice is that they should have passion, patience and good communication skills. You must love and enjoy your work. You shall also keep yourself always updated with changes in government regulations and the demands of the market.

In his opinion, education and experience both are important. He thinks education is more important in MNC and overseas jobs. But, he also thinks that ultimately experience can give you better opportunities.

So far as leadership is concerned, Ravi thinks that he developed leadership qualities gradually as he started managing his team. Leadership to him came by experience.

When asked about his childhood, he remembers how once he, along with his friends, went to explore unknown places on his bicycle. When they came back late at night, he got a good thrashing from his father.

If he is put into a time machine and taken back in time, he would love to go back to the post 12th time when he was keenly interested in becoming a chef. Although he is happy with his present life he harbours ambitions of opening a restaurant some day.

His idea of fun activities is hanging out with friends and playing sports. Everyday he plays badminton or volleyball and sometimes chess. He thinks sports gives you much deserved relaxation.
