Initially, the business faced challenges in growth and legal formalities, but with persistence, Ravi and his team gradually established a robust product, refined it for the market, and worked tirelessly day and night. Currently, Omniflow has offices in two cities: Indore, which hosts the development team, and Dewas, which houses the sales and marketing team. The journey began in a small room in Indore, and over time, the company expanded to employ over 10 trained, experienced, and certified professionals. Omniflow now serves clients in Dubai, Thailand, multiple states in India, and across various business sectors, helping them establish and promote their brands.

Ravi Dhakad was born in Gram Ranayal Kala, Dewas, a village renowned as an Adarsh Gram, where education and personal development are highly valued. He completed his schooling from Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Gram Ranayal Kala (Class 1–8), then pursued Class 9–12 from Saraswati Vijay Nagar, and later moved to Bhopal for higher education. He earned his B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation from RKDM University, supplemented by multiple technical courses.

His professional pursuit began at Sun Pharma, Dewas, as an apprentice with a starting salary of ₹2,500 per month. He later worked with Naveen Flooring, Dewas, and Bharat Petroleum Group (Beena Refinery) as an instrument automation engineer. These experiences provided him with the technical expertise and professional discipline needed to build Omniflow.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ravi realized the need for businesses to adapt digitally due to declining market activity. Along with his brother Kapil, he launched Omniflow to support struggling businesses. They focused on creating a cost-effective, accessible product, although initial challenges in documentation and market launch delayed widespread adoption. Over five years, Omniflow has successfully onboarded 500+ clients, transforming it into a globally operational business.

Ravi Dhakad draws inspiration from Ishwar Choudhary, his senior at Naveen Flooring, who taught him the importance of perfection and expertise. According to Choudhary, every technical task should be performed by someone capable of delivering it flawlessly, ensuring reliability and quality. This principle of perfection and accountability became central to Dhakad’s approach in building Omniflow.

Ravi Dhakad strongly believes that energy, strength, passion, and a positive mindset are essential to achieve any goal. He cites examples like Facebook’s founder and Elon Musk, who started from humble beginnings and transformed their ventures into global brands. He encourages entrepreneurs to maintain a positive mindset and put in consistent effort, emphasizing that success comes from relentless action and determination.

Talking about challenges, Dhakad shares that Omniflow’s early journey faced significant hardships, particularly during the COVID period. Maintaining communication with clients was challenging, fieldwork was limited, product pricing issues arose, and market conditions were unfavorable. Many businesses were reluctant to adopt new solutions, resulting in initial setbacks. However, Ravi and his brother persevered, leveraging digital marketing and social media to reconnect with clients. Once restrictions eased, they resumed door-to-door and business-to-business marketing, gradually expanding their client base.

Starting from a small room, the brothers dreamed of building a brand. They studied successful businesses, adopted effective strategies, and continually applied new learnings to improve their product and services. Daily implementations and innovations allowed them to overcome early obstacles, ultimately establishing Omniflow as a market-ready, globally recognized platform.

Today, Omniflow provides all customer solutions related to WhatsApp automation, enabling businesses to optimize processes, enhance communication, and achieve brand growth.
