An Entrepreneur, mother, and wife, Ratika Bhargava believes that there’s enough space in the world for everyone to do something. Therefore, without considering anyone as her rival, she holds a good heart for everyone.

Ratika Bhargava is the Co-founder of ‘Cauldron Sisters’ which she started in 2015 along with her sister.

Ratika was born and raised in Jaipur. She received her entire formal education in Jaipur itself. She is an E-commerce graduate. She has also done an MBA in Marketing.

Ratika shares that she and her sister started ‘Cauldron Sisters’ in 2015. Initially, they started with the delivery of vegetarian food and home catering. Gradually, looking at their work, different restaurants started approaching them to provide the restaurants with a consultancy with regard to restaurant marketing, social media handling, recipe book writing, etc.

Ratika says that to start something new requires a lot of courage. She says, initially when they started out, their family thought that they were pursuing it as their hobby. But later they started taking them seriously when they saw them growing.

Talking about the Covid pandemic, Ratika says that the pandemic has been tough for everyone. They had launched a project right before the onset of the pandemic. And when the first lockdown was announced, they were stuck at their homes. They had to halt their project as well. But their home catering business functioned as usual owing to the goodwill they had earned in the market in the past five years. But she says that on the positive side, the pandemic gave us an opportunity to spend more time with our loved ones.

To youngsters, Ratika advises them to use social media judiciously. She says use social media for your use, don’t let social media use you. Besides, she says that social media is a good space to connect with people and spread the word about what you do.

Ratika considers her father as her role model. She says that she has never seen her father take a day off from his work and she has inherited her business skills from him only.

Her success mantra is to keep going irrespective of whether things work out as per the plan or not.

Talking about her achievements, Ratika says that she was given an award on the eve of International Hospitality Day. Besides, being invited to her son’s school for a workshop and thus making her son proud is also an achievement for her.

Ratika believes that Leadership comes from within. You can’t always depend on people for your work.

Ratika thinks that Education is a must and it really matters in life. But what matters more is your passion to do things.

If she could go back in time then Ratika would want to pursue her bachelors in Culinary Art right after passing out from school and become a chef.

In her spare time, Ratika loves watching movies and cartoons.

Ratika advises people to do something in life with whatever resources you have at your disposal but don’t sit idle. Besides, she advises, always to have a good heart for others without any grudges for anyone.
