When asked about her difficult times, Rashi shares that she had always been an average student. So it was quite difficult for her to choose a particular field to go in and take a firm decision of making a career in that field. However, there was a new rise in the IT sector back then, which got her interested and so she decided to pursue her career in the IT industry.
Talking about her achievements, Rashi says that she did not get any career exposure in a city like Gwalior, but with her hard work and determination, she managed to establish her own startup by making international clients, and it was no less than an achievement for her. Besides, she feels that if in any way she could do some good to people working with her, then she considers it to be her biggest achievement.
Sharing her COVID experience, Rashi says, she started upskilling herself and did freelance and contract jobs from home. She did certification courses and became a Google-certified Data Analyst. Soon she started hiring people and in no time her team increased and she ended up setting up her own lead generation startup.
Regarding her mistakes, Rashi says that while she was in her job life, she never set any goal or planned to reach a position in a pre-determined time, which she considers her biggest mistake that hindered her growth in her career.
According to Rashi, education plays a vital role in building a career because everything that you study or learn in your life, helps you in your professional career. She believes that basic education is very important in order to know your field and go a long way in your career.

Rashi advises the youth that success does not come quickly and neither is it easy to achieve. You have to work hard and give it time to reach any point, she adds. Apart from this, she advises them not to get so influenced by influencers and internet exposure that you lose your own identity in your aspiration to be like them. Further, she says that by seeing the success of others, you should not feel jealous because everyone’s journey is different and only you can decide your ultimate destination.
