A businesswoman in the financial sector, Ranjana is focused on providing financial assistance to entrepreneurs so that new businesses do not die before seeing the light of day.

Ranjana Erankar is the CEO of Miraxis Services.

Ranjana was born in Mumbai and did her schooling in Marathi medium. On account of her good score in school, she got admission in Bedekar College, Thane, and did graduation in the accountancy stream. She then worked in HDFC and Kotak Mahindra banks and has an experience of fifteen years in that field.

Later, Ranjana started her own business by the name of Miraxis Services. They provide all types of loans to entrepreneurs and salaried personnel. She says that their main focus is on home, personal, and business loans. She has been running her business for the past five years and has twenty-five employees working under her.

Ranjana feels that most businesses suffer due to a lack of finances. She also adds that women entrepreneurs face this more often and she came into this field to help businesses grow and get finances more easily.

Ranjana says that earlier she wanted to become a doctor but now feels that everything happens for a good reason. She also believes that the more we give, the more we gain.

Talking about her role models, Ranjana says that her mother is her role model. Her mother was just 7th pass but successfully ran her own spices business and struggled a lot in life. It was her mother who taught her financial management in life. Ranjana also adds that his brother took care of her like a father and is also an inspiration.

When asked about her mistakes, Ranjana says that she took decisions emotionally and should not have done that.

Talking about her achievements, Ranjana says that sitting on her chair and giving out salary checks to her employees as a businesswoman is her greatest achievement.

Advising the youth, Ranjana says they should focus on their career and avoid social media.

In her free time, she likes listening to songs and reading motivational texts. She  is also associated with Sahaja Yoga through which she nurtures her spiritual side.
