Once a CA student, Rameshwar now teaches at the institute where he once studied. Committed to meeting his students' expectations, he strives for excellence in his teaching.

Rameshwar Sukhwal works as a faculty member in Law and Audit at Badala Classes and has been part of the team for a decade now.

He joined the coaching institute while preparing for his CA exams and eventually began teaching due to the trust and faith the directors placed in him. Over the years, Rameshwar has guided approximately 6,000 students. Besides teaching, he also handles internal management and accounting tasks, and offers counselling services.

Rameshwar recalls his initial lack of confidence when he conducted his first class at the age of 19. However, the unwavering support and confidence from his mentors at Badala Classes boosted his morale, making him adept at his profession.

Sharing advice for aspiring educators, Rameshwar emphasises the importance of acquiring knowledge and the ability to articulate and convey ideas effectively. He suggests dedicating time to reading some good books and engaging in productive activities to broaden one's understanding of the subject you teach.

Hailing from a small village in Rajsamand, he cherishes his childhood memories of playing cricket after school. He also has a fondness for kabaddi, football, and handball.

Regarding the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, he recounts his experience of being stuck in Gujarat just a day before the lockdown while visiting his parents. The lack of resources to conduct classes remotely presented difficulties, but upon returning to Udaipur after restrictions eased, he resumed his teaching routine.

Rameshwar draws inspiration from his former teachers at Badala Classes and admires the journey of Dr. Abdul Kalam, often referring to his quotes for guidance in decision-making.

For Rameshwar, leadership implies focusing on a better today than yesterday.

Given the chance to revisit the past in a time machine, he would relive moments spent playing cricket and approach challenges with greater persistence.

Rameshwar values his friends a lot, who serve as motivation for him. His favourite song is also based on friendship, which goes like “Tere jaisa yar kahan.”

In his leisure time, he enjoys exploring new places, driving, and enjoying time with his friends. He is also involved with the Robinhood Army, extending a helping hand to those in need whenever possible.
