Ramesh Suhalka, the visionary behind Shree Sai Sagar Colonizers and Red Brick Architects and Homes in Udaipur, has built a legacy in marble business and row house construction. His journey is a tale of resilience and determination.
Suhalka, originally from a nearby village, moved to Udaipur for higher education and completed his B.Com there. Although he aspired to pursue further studies, his marriage responsibilities halted those plans. This experience fueled his resolve to ensure his son would attain higher education.
Reflecting on his life, Ramesh Suhalka shares that he initially ventured into the marble business in Udaipur but faced failure. Undeterred, he returned to his village and established a hotel, working tirelessly to build a brand. With success, he returned to Udaipur, expanding his marble business to include architecture and construction.
Suhalka’s life was marked by struggles, including leaving his studies and marrying early due to his mother's illness. He recalls the challenges of living in rented accommodations while studying in Udaipur.
His father, a paragon of honesty and respect, is Ramesh’s role model. From him, Ramesh learned the value of quality work and integrity in business.
In his leisure time, Ramesh Suhalka enjoys listening to music, traveling with his family, and partying with friends. He also dedicates his free time to supporting people in need.
Ramesh Suhalka believes in leading by example, embracing leadership in all his endeavors. His advice to those entering the construction field is to always begin their work with a prayer, seeking both worldly and spiritual blessings.
To the youth, Ramesh suggests consulting family members before starting a business. He emphasizes gaining experience, especially in family businesses, before venturing into new enterprises.
Ramesh's mantra for success is setting clear goals, meeting people's expectations, and never compromising on quality.
