Ramawatar is the founder of an NGO Samvedna Sansthan that helps the underprivileged, the disabled, and those in need. Being able to contribute to society makes him happy.

Ramawatar Kumawat is the Secretary of the Samvedna Sansthan in Jaipur.

Being a very compassionate individual, Ramawatar chose to feed birds and other animals after seeing a bird struggle to get water. He began by feeding between 100-150 birds, and he eventually founded an NGO to continue doing the same.

When asked about his inspirations and role models, Ramawatar cites Swami Vivekananda as the one.

In the words of Ramawatar, empathy, social responsibility, and compassion for both people and animals are inherent characteristics of leadership. He is committed to social service and a leader at work as a result. He believes that learning about social service cannot come from any institution, but rather from becoming conscious of social issues.

Ramawatar adheres to the idea of progressing together. He enjoys encouraging, motivating, advising, listening to people's problems, and finding solutions for them.

He claims that's how he spends his leisure time.

Finally, Ramawatar asks everyone to have compassion for others, to always feel empathy with them, and to help everyone.
