Ram Pathak’s Life Mantra is to always be optimistic and positive in life, however tough situations may be. He thinks that with a positive attitude one can even come out of the toughest of situations in life.

Ram Pathak is an Advocate at the Gwalior Bench of the MP High Court. He specializes in matters under the purview of Civil and Criminal laws.

Ram was born in Dholpur, Rajasthan. However, he received his entire formal education in Gwalior, MP. He holds a BA LLB, and MA in Political Science.

In 2004, Ram completed his LLB and then for the first time entered the gates of the MP High Court, Gwalior premises. He still cherises that moment as it was for the first time he put on the robes of a lawyer.

Talking about Covid, Ram says that the pandemic was a turmoil for everyone. Some of his loved ones were down with the virus. However, not losing his patience during the pandemic ensued tough times, he maintained his mental calm. Besides, he says that he tried to help others to the best of his capacity during the pandemic.

Ram shares that initially when he started out as an advocate, he had to struggle on the financial front. Besides, initially he also provided his legal service for little or no fees.

To aspiring lawyers, Ram advises them to read as many Law books as they can as reading the books will broaden their horizons as lawyers. Besides, he advises them never to lose their patience and remember that there’s no shortcut to success.

Being able to be known as an advocate among his acquaintances is the biggest achievement for Ram.

In his spare time, Ram likes to spend time with his family and read about contemporary issues.

Ram considers Adv. KB Gupta as his role model. Besides, his parents have always been his role models. Furthermore, late Ram Jethmalani is his big time inspiration.

To students, Ram advises them to be disciplined in life and to work hard to achieve their dreams as without working hard one achieves nothing in life.
