Cafe Therapy, co-founded by Rakshit Doshi, offers a unique European-themed interior and creative atmosphere. The cafe offers fast food, mocktails, desserts, and Indian and Chinese cuisine. Named after the Friends television show, it provides therapeutic relief through delicious food.

Rakshit works with his other partners in the business, namely, Mr. Prashant Tripathi and Mr. Manoj Pillai. It is a cafe that boasts a unique European-themed interior and creative atmosphere. Fast food like pizza and pasta are available. Mocktails and desserts are also available. Indian and Chinese cuisine foods are also served here. His main inspiration to design this cafe was the cafes he had visited during a European trip with his family.

Cafe Therapy was named so because, according to him, it provides therapeutic relief through delicious food. Customer satisfaction is placed above all else, and he takes good care that the ambiance and food are to the liking of his patrons. It is a sub-unit of the Vibrant Hospitality Group. In the future, he plans to open more branches of the cafe.

Opening a cafe was Rakshit’s childhood dream. He is a foodie and also likes to cook. However, he had no management experience, despite his interest in cooking foods. Hence, he did his post-graduation in MBA. Hotel management experience was eventually acquired from his mentors.

He had just started the business, and due to unforeseen circumstances arising from the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, his cafe had to face a roadblock just after the inauguration and a couple of months of sales. The restaurant remained closed for a few months. After reopening, guests are arriving, and gradually he believes his cafe is becoming famous. Digital payment and sanitation facilities are provided. Every staff member wears masks and takes care to follow precautions.

Professionalism is very important, according to him. Leadership and entrepreneurship are also key skills required. He loves to sing as a hobby. He has been practicing classical singing for twelve years.
