Facing her struggles without any complaints, Rakhi stabilized herself in life with her sheer hard work and determination. She surely is an inspiration for many like her who are not privileged but are hard-working and determined.

Talking about her professional journey thus far, Rakhi says that she joined Pushpak Courier Pvt. Ltd. as a part-timer in 2010 while she was still pursuing her college education. She liked the atmosphere at the company and later decided to join it full-time.

Speaking of her struggles, Rakhi says that struggles are a part of everyone’s life. She says that her family’s financial conditions weren’t that good and owing to that she had to face challenges. However, taking up a job eased her struggles, she says.

To people aspiring to work in the courier line of work, Rakhi advises them to work devotedly with a commitment to their jobs. Besides, she advises them to give their best services to their customers for customer retention and to add new ones.

Sharing her views on the importance of education as compared to experience, Rakhi says that education and experience are both important in life. She says some employers value education over experience while others value experience over education. Therefore, having both can help one in their professional career.

When asked about her role models, Rakhi says that her mother, who even after the demise of her father, tried her best to provide for her education, is her biggest role model. Besides, the owner of the company she works for is her ideal.

To youngsters, Rakhi’s piece of advice is to have a clear understanding of their goals after finishing school. Besides, she advises them never to get into bad company.
