Rakesh took the responsibility of his home after his father passed away and worked diligently to rise up in the hotel industry.

Rakesh Bhadai is the Housekeeping Supervisor at Fateh Vilas & Darshan Vilas Hotels.

Rakesh was born and raised in a village in Alwar district of Rajasthan. He did his schooling from his village itself. He did a professional course in Jaipur and joined the hotel industry. Recalling his school life, he says that he had three close friends with whom he used to enjoy a lot. He had started working at a tender age to support his family and his ill father.

Talking about his professional journey, Rakesh says that his first job in the hospitality industry was at a hotel in Jaisalmer. Then he moved to Udaipur, followed by Ajmer and then Jaipur to work at different hotels. Post that, he went to Chittorgarh and then to Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra. He eventually came to Udaipur and joined Hotel Fateh Vilas. He has a total of five years of experience of working in the hotel industry.

Rakesh considers Mr. Jitnedra as his role model who supported him in his testing times and also helped him join the hotel industry.

Given a chance to go back to time with a time machine, Rakesh would like to spend more time with his father whom he lost early in his life.

Sharing his COVID experience, Rakesh says that was working in Chittorgarh at the time and got stuck there for seven months. He and his family faced financial difficulties too due to the lockdown.

Advising the younger generation, Rakesh says that you should listen to your parents and stick to your goals in life.
