From a shy kid to a passionate speaker, Rajveer's journey is inspiring. His social activism and stirring speeches earned him recognition as a youth leader. He founded a youth organisation to unite individuals with shared goals and to drive positive changes in society.

Rajveer Singh Rathore is a student leader, poet, and public speaker known for his eloquent speeches and active involvement in community initiatives, driven by his passion for social justice and equality.

Originally from a small village, Rajveer's family later relocated to Raipur in Bhilwara district due to his father’s business. Rajveer shares that, initially shy, he struggled to interact with others. However, enrolling in an English-medium government school in the 9th grade transformed his life. Encouraged by supportive teachers, he gained confidence and overcame his shyness. This experience gave him a chance to interact with a diverse group of students, enriching his understanding and appreciation for diversity. Egged on by his teachers, he began participating in speech and debate competitions and became the state champion in a model-making competition.

Rajveer reveals that he embraced the belief that, as a young person, he had a responsibility to try to bring about social change. He actively engaged in social activism, opposing harmful traditions such as alcohol consumption and dowry. Invitations poured in for him to discuss these issues at various public forums, where his stirring speeches earned him recognition as a youth leader. His passionate speeches inspired others to join his cause, leading to increased awareness and significant improvements in the community.

He shares that his social initiatives and their positive impact were prominently featured in an article by the prestigious publication Rajasthan Patrika. This media coverage not only amplified his message but also drew attention to the critical social issues he was tackling. This motivated more people to  join and support his cause. Consequently, his influence expanded, and he became a role model for young people aspiring to bring change in society.

Rajveer tells us that exposure to public speaking led him to explore poetry, which became a powerful medium for connecting with others. His speeches resonated with the youth,  increasing his popularity and earned him invitations to speak at events across various states. He assumed the role of a youth leader, feeling a strong sense of responsibility to guide and support young people in their endeavours to drive positive change.

He states that, recognising the strength of unity, he founded a youth organisation to unite individuals with shared goals. Under his leadership, the organisation became a platform for like-minded individuals to collaborate and pursue common objectives. His guidance instilled a sense of unity and empowerment among the youth, catalysing a ripple effect of social change that extended far beyond his own community.

Speaking about his challenges, Rajveer Acknowledges that challenges are inevitable, especially in the social field, where there will always be criticism. Despite these obstacles, he believes in persevering and proving critics wrong by achieving what they deem impossible.

Sharing his experience during the COVID pandemic, Rajveer recounts it as a challenging time for his family, as they were all infected by the virus. Witnessing his loved ones' suffering was heartbreaking. However, with optimism and determination, they overcame the illness and emerged stronger. Despite the grim news of daily fatalities during the second wave of the pandemic, he believes that Ayurveda and traditional medicine offered hope and guidance during such trying times.

When asked about his role models, Rajvee credits his teachers for their pivotal role in helping him overcome his fear of public speaking, transforming him from a shy boy into a confident speaker. Additionally, he found inspiration in books, particularly those about the lives of remarkable figures such as Swami Vivekananda and Maharana Pratap. Their stories of resilience and determination fueled his own aspirations, motivating him to face challenges and strive for success in his endeavours.

Sharing his thoughts on leadership, Rajveer attributes his natural inclination towards leadership to his family lineage. His leadership journey began early, when he became a class monitor throughout his school years. He describes his leadership style as inclusive, emphasising the importance of unity. He actively supports and encourages those around him to progress.

Rajveer finds immense motivation in the verse from the Ramcharitmanas, "Kavan so kaaj kathin jag mahi, jo nahi hoyi taat tumh paahin," which translates to "What is such a difficult task in this world that you cannot do?" This verse inspires him to continually push his limits and never give up. He firmly believes that, with determination and perseverance, any challenge can be conquered. It serves as a constant reminder for him to stay focused on his goals and continue making a positive impact on society.

Rajveer's advice to the youth is to work together and support each other to bring about change in society. He emphasises the importance of understanding the responsibility of leading change and being willing to take risks and make sacrifices for the greater good.

He ends by stating that a leader is someone who, rather than creating followers, creates other people into leaders in the process.
