A passionate project manager, Rajnish has been working in the market and gaining experience for more than twelve years. He believes that it is important to do self-exploration to achieve success in life.

Rajnish Bharti Goswami is a project manager at Toprankers in Udaipur.

Rajnish says that earlier he worked at Big Bazaar as a team leader and learned a lot of things there. Then he shifted to Amul as a salesperson and explored the sales techniques. He also learned to communicate with customers, retailers, sellers, etc. In 2011, he joined Dr. Reddy’s Foundation and learned to train rural people and help the youth find their job placements. He also gained experience by working at various organisations in the Training and Development department. Currently, he is providing career counselling services to the students at Toprankers.

Rajnish was born and brought up in Udaipur and completed his education there itself. He is a Science graduate and completed an MBA, an MSW, and a NET in Social Work. After completing his education, he worked for various companies.

Rajnish discloses that, in his childhood, he was an introverted kid, but over time he realised it and tried to change his personality. When he was in eighth grade, his interest developed in the science stream as he was guided by his seniors. Afterwards, he decided to become a doctor and join the medical field. Later, he changed his mind and jumped into the field of engineering.

He says that he faced many challenges, such as getting the right job at the right time. The toughest time he faced for a long period was when he was not getting a proper job.

Rajnish’s role model is Shahrukh Khan, as he is dedicated to his work, has a great sense of humour, and has a clear thought process. His qualities inspire Rajnish a lot. He also admires his grandmother and mother, as they have always supported and motivated him.

When asked about his mistakes, Rajnish says that his biggest mistake was having a dream of getting admission to a well-known institute for an MBA without thinking about the current situation. At the time of the examination, he couldn’t make it to that institution.

He advises everyone that it is important to understand and know yourself. Self-analysis should be done by every individual. One should choose their field as per their interest and not on the basis of the flow to be successful and satisfied in the future.

The quote that motivates him is ‘As you think, so you are.’

If given a time machine to go back in time, Rajnish would like to relive his early childhood days.

In his leisure time, Rajnish likes to sing and read motivational and spiritual books.
