Giving health the utmost importance is what should be the priority in life.
Rajni Gupta is a Yoga teacher. She hails from Kanpur and has been teaching Yoga for the past two years.
Talking about her childhood, Rajni says that she used to go to an ashram with her parents and had been learning yoga and spirituality for a very long time. Hence, she always had it in mind to do something in that field to create health awareness.
Rajni shares that she got married at the age of twenty-one and had to stop practicing yoga for some time. She had two daughters. After some time, due to some issues in her married life, she came out of it and returned to her father's place. Then, his father inspired her to continue gaining knowledge in the yoga field, and she did a certification course and has been teaching for two years.
Speaking about her mistakes, Rajni says she feels that getting married was one of her biggest mistakes, as she didn't want to get married but did only because of her mother’s wishes. After that, she had to raise her two daughters and manage everything else with a lot of struggle. However, she also feels that after that she got a chance to grow and get back on track as well.
When asked about her role models, Rajni says that her role model in the field of spirituality is Asaram Bapu and in the field of yoga is Sadhak Anshit of the Sadhak Anshit Yoga Foundation. She feels that both of them motivated her and gave her a platform to explore. It was they who ignited the spark that had been subdued within her.
Talking about her life mantra, Rajni says that people sacrifice their health to earn money and then lose all their savings to get their health back. She feels that we should focus on our health on a primary basis and give it the utmost importance.
Advising the youth, Rajni says that there are no difficulties in entering this field. She says that she was also cautioned that doing yoga might result in muscle tears and other issues, but she says that this is not so. She herself completed a two-month course in just one month, as she had the dedication to learn.
Whenever stressed, Rajni likes chanting and doing mediation.
