Rajkumar Jain is the founder of a marble trading and mining company named “Soni Marbles and Mining Pvt. Ltd.”, Rajsamand. He has been working in this field for the past thirty years.

Describing his childhood, Rajkumar says he had a wonderful childhood. His grandfather was a famous social worker and a grocery wholesaler. Because of his family, he had the best upbringing and education.

Speaking about his journey so far, Rajkumar says he is a commerce graduate, and when there was a boom in the marble business during the year 1985, he thought to take a shot in this business. He founded his company in 1992, and gradually his business grew. He is nowadays well known in both his city and his profession because of his efforts.

Speaking about his mistakes, Rajkumar says we should learn from our mistakes . According to him, there is always a sense that things could have been done more effectively in business. He makes an effort to be around smart, experienced people so that he can constantly learn new things from them.

Talking about his achievements, Rajkumar says he has also entered the insurance sector. He offers Tata AIA life insurance and Tata AIG general insurance services. He has received the MDRT insurance award, the Court of Table award, and the Surety award, as well as being featured in the company's "Business Studio" global magazine. He has been named one of the Top Hundred Performers in India by the Tata Insurance Company.

When asked about his role models, Rajkumar says he looks up to his wife as his role model. His wife is an advocate and the owner of a kindergarten; he follows her advice and suggestions in his business and in his personal life.

In his leisure time, Rajkumar enjoys watching movies, playing carom, and using social media. He also enjoys traveling and discovering new places in the country and abroad. He is a foodie and enjoys visiting famous restaurants.

Rajkumar lives by the mantra, "Victory is yours if you decide and build your self-confidence."

Rajkumar advises aspiring entrepreneurs in the field of marble and granite that they can start their business with as little as five lakh rupees. He says a person needs to be energetic as this is a field job. One could do well financially in this industry by exporting marble and granite.
