Rajkumar has worked hard to fulfill his dream of carving a place for himself in the education field and has brought himself to this point today. His three schools and a coaching institute are doing well and have a good reputation. He has also created a name in social work.

Rajkumar Fattawat is the Director of LBS Group of Education that includes various educational institutions like LBS Coaching Center, Mahaveer Academy Sr. Sec. School, Mahaveer Kids Play School and LBS Sr. Sec. School, Chittorgarh. Besides, he is also working as a social worker for the last four decades. He has been playing a leading role in several organisations and hence he has set many records in the social sector.

Rajkumar says that while doing his B.Com he had a fantasy to work in the education field and after completing his B.Com, he launched the first coaching center in Udaipur in the name ‘LBS Coaching Center’ in 1978.

Rajkumar says that his institute provides teaching in all the streams be it Science, Commerce or Arts. They have produced more than three hundred CAs till now and have given about fifteen thousand government teachers in Udaipur and Rajasthan division.

Rajkumar considers his mother to be his role model as she had worked hard since her early days and spent her life in giving good values, sacraments and education to her children. Also, his father is his role model as he guided him as well as his teachers and mentors and because of their guidance he has reached so far. Being a believer in Lord Mahavir’s teachings, he follows his principles to achieve the goals in the field of education as well as social revolution and social change.

Rajkumar gives this message to any person who wants to come into the education field that you should consider education as a service and not a profession. You must give your best for an all round development of children, to dedicate them to the nation. If you enter this field with an aim of preparing the future generation and doing justice to children honestly for the purpose of service, you will definitely get success.

The key to Rajkumar’s success is to follow Satyamev Jayate along with keeping in mind the tendency to learn and move forward with positive thinking to achieve success.

Rajkumar laments that the Corona pandemic was a time of disaster for everyone but at that time of calamity, he made up his mind to turn that disaster into an opportunity. Keeping that objective in mind, he was constantly in touch with children and tried to do justice with them by providing them education via digital platforms.

Rajkumar believes that leadership qualities do not come from an economic point of view but certainly some are innate and some are developed and strengthened on the basis of a person's upbringing, sacraments and values.
