As a Boxing Coach,Rajkishore is willing to bring change in the lives of young aspiring boxers. He feels every young boxer must get a proper diet and training facilities to improve his game.

Rajkishore has been running his boxing academy for the last three years in Jaipur.

Rajkishore hails from a slum area in Jaipur with big dreams in his eyes. Rajkishore joined BSF in 2006, at a very young age after completion of his twelfth class.

Rajkishore recalls joining BSF had become possible because of his boxing skills through which he qualified for the sports quota. However, once he joined the BSF, he was a bit disappointed because the facilities and diet he was looking for as a boxer was not provided.

Rajkishore had many questions on his mind as a BSF Jawan for the Government and for himself. To satisfy his questioning mind and to explore more, he resigned after serving for almost 11-12 years in the BSF.

Rajkishore says he started his boxing academy aiming to offer the best training facilities to budding talent who face adverse conditions of living. He makes sure every boxer who comes to his academy gets a proper diet and training equipment. Rajkishore says he doesn’t want any of the young boxers to face the struggle of getting an adequate diet and training as he faced.

Rajkishore says he waived off the fees of more than 50 students of his academy. He believes good potential must get the right support at the grassroots only. For this, Rajkishore invites Business Personalities who can nurture the talent and make them win for the nation.

Rajkishore speaks proudly about his students. 20 of his students have participated at national level competitions and there are several medals won by them. Two gold medals have been won by his students at the national level.

Rajkishore talks about his role model Mahant Yati Narisinghanand Saraswati Ji, and how he taught him not to give up in any situation in life.

In his free time, Rajkishore reads books, especially Ramayan, Geeta, and Kuran. He wants to learn about every religion’s teachings. He is an avid reader of biographies of freedom fighters like Veer Savarkar etc.

Sharing his COVID experience, Rajkishore says during the pandemic he was struggling to keep his and his students’ workout routine at a pace. He motivated his students to follow the exercise routine daily religiously. For this, he also provoked his students to send him videos of their best exercise challenges.

Rajkishore says, as a fitness freak, to maintain his fitness level, he and his family used to climb the small mountain, which is behind his residence, two times a day. He also learned yoga from his elder brother who is also a yoga trainer.

Rajkishore insists that parents must motivate their kids to learn and play at least one sport. He believes sportsmanship makes a person a strong-headed personality who never fears failure in life. He says that he has never seen a sportsman committing suicide in his life. He firmly suggests this is the solution to the suicidal tendency of students.

Rajkishore says if God has offered you life then why not make it worth it, be self-reliant and make it big. He states his achievements are the motivation for the ones who crib about lack of resources in life. He wants everyone to believe in themselves as if he can do it then anyone can do it.
