Rajesh Kumawat has been working as a Technical Support Engineer in the Computer Department of Pacific Institute of Engineering for the last three years. He is responsible for proper working of all the computer systems in computer labs of all departments along with handling the issues related to systems, network and hardware configuration. Other than this he also looks after the technical support of all cultural activities and programs organised in the college.
Rajesh belongs to Udaipur and did his schooling till 10th std from Gyan Mandir School. Then he went to Guru Gobind Singh School for his 11th and 12th. He graduated from M.L.S.U. and then did an ITI diploma course.
Rajesh started his career with G. Nagar & Associates and then he joined E-Connect Solutions to oversee the technical support of laptops and was also working as a Certified Laptop Engineer for HP company. He left his job and started his own business but could not succeed in that. So, he took up a job and joined Pacific College.
Talking about tough times, he remembers the time when he got selected in Air India in 2004 but got disqualified in the final interview. He overcame it somehow and again in 2018, he was left with just two-and-a-half marks in getting selected in LDC for computer typing. Since then, he has set the target to take a government job in future, for which he is preparing now.
Rajesh’s role models are some of his friends who had studied with him in B.Ed. and they are working on good posts now. Inspired by them, Rajesh has also made a goal of his life and with hard work and dedication he is moving towards achieving his goal.
In his free time, Rajesh likes to prepare for the competitive exams and sometimes go on a tour with his family.
Rajesh opines that to be successful in life, both education and experience are necessary. In today’s competitive era, education lays the strong foundation and until you get into something you will not experience anything. So it is important to have both things in place.
If Rajesh could time travel he would like to relive his school life for it being the most worryfree and the happiest time of his life.
