Rajesh shares that he started from zero. His father was a railway contractor, and due to some circumstances, they suffered heavy losses, which resulted in their imminent downfall. He had to struggle to work at the young age of fourteen. He ran small errands, learned new professional skills, and engaged in a multitude of work platforms. However, his small steps did result in creating a huge corridor of work platforms for him.

Rajesh says that he is proud of the fact that he started from scratch, and now his business has flourished with his hard work and determination.

Rajesh says that, during the peak periods of COVID, his staff had to go through utter hardship and he suffered many losses. They also had staff unemployed and benched due to the spread of the virus. Even during those frigid times, he never stopped. He himself delivered food to the homes of his employees.

For the youth, Rajesh urges them to revive their forgotten dharma and their culture. He advises them not to indulge in too much of the virtual world and to concentrate on their physical fitness.
