A Dentist and Restaurateur, Dr. Rajendra, beating his disability, is living a normal life. He is a true inspiration and sets an example for those who are born with different abilities.

Dr. Rajendra hails from Alwar. He did his BDS and MDS from Jaipur. He owns a dental hospital by the name Dev Dental Hospital in Alwar which he has been running for the past twelve years.

Rajendra shares that in his childhood he could not get the required dose of the Polio vaccine which left him paralyzed in both his legs. And that’s when he decided to become a doctor. He prepared for medical entrance examinations. He wanted to do MBBS but he could not get admission into MBBS and hence he had to choose BDS.

Talking about his achievements in life, Rajendra says that being able to treat his patients and win their trust is an achievement for him. Besides, his friends always consult him before doing anything which is also an achievement for him.

Talking about Covid, Rajendra says that the pandemic adversely affected the profession of Dentistry. For the initial few months, he could not open his clinic. But later he modified his instruments, took all the precautionary measures, and followed the covid protocols, to treat his patients.

To new-age dentists, Rajendra advises that instead of running after money, they should work to win the trust of their patients. Besides, he advises them to do their job with their heart without caring much about making money.

Rajendra says that he never let his different abilities limit him from doing anything that a normal person would do. He played sports and studied well.

His Success Mantra is to give his hundred percent to whatever he does and to always remain positive in life.

Rajendra says that he is a foodie and also runs a restaurant. He always wanted to open a restaurant and serve new delicacies to the people in his town. And in 2012, he finally opened up his restaurant.

If he could go back in time, then Rajendra would want to spend more time with his parents as owing to his studies, he had to stay away from his home and parents.

To people, Rajendra advises making the right set of friends. He says it’s very important to realize who are your real friends and who are just pretending to be your friends.
