Saying goodbye to his well-paid corporate job, Rajanikanth chose to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur and at present, he is running his two companies and is earning a good name for himself.

Rajanikanth K is the Co-founder of ‘WinWin Leadership Academy.’ It has been providing self-paced training solutions to corporate houses, educational institutions, and individuals around the globe for the past eight years. Recently, he has founded another company called ‘SaiRa People Tech Solutions (SaiRaJobs.com).’

Rajanikanth is an Engineer by education. Soon after completing his engineering, he joined Satyam Computers, and then moved on to SAP Labs India in Bangalore. There he spent twelve years of his career working on different profiles and left the company as a Program Director. Thereafter, he established his own company called ‘WinWin Leadership Academy.’

Recalling his childhood, Rajanikanth says that he had a fun-filled childhood. He also loved being among people and from a very young age, he used to participate in various activities at his school.

Talking about his role models, Rajanikanth says that he considers his father as his role model for making him so capable. He also draws inspiration from his professor Ranganathan for helping him reach where he is today.

When asked about his achievements, Rajanikanth says that letting go of his high-flying corporate career to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur and then succeeding in his intentions was nothing less than an achievement for him. Besides, from a learning perspective, finding good clients and corporations is more than an achievement for him. Lastly, he considers his most significant achievement to be his entrepreneurial freedom which he never got working in the corporate companies.

Regarding his mistakes, Rajanikanth says that his first mistake was his desire to become successful as soon as possible. As a result of which he made many mistakes in his career and it took him time to realize his mistake. His second mistake was his over-excitement which made him stumble a lot.

In his spare time, Rajanikanth likes to do yoga and exercise to keep himself fit.

Advising the youngsters, Rajanikanth says that explore as many things as you can because experience is going to be the biggest asset of your life. Further, he says that never compare yourself with others without running your own race.
