A successful IT professional, Raja Brij Bhushan, founded Sampurn Organic Pvt. Ltd. in 2014, focusing on organic farming and wildlife conservation.

Raja Brij Bhushan established the organic agricultural enterprise, Sampurn Organic Pvt. Ltd. The NCR region and the rest of India are where the corporation sells its goods the most.

Raja completed his 12th grade at his hamlet in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district. His town had no electricity until 2008, since it was so impoverished. Solar energy was used by Raja's family to run things. In 2000, he passed the PET exam and earned his BE in electronics from the Government Engineering College in Kota.

He entered the IT industry right away after finishing his studies and has since worked for numerous organizations, including a Google subsidiary. He decided to establish his own business with a friend in 2010, and the two of them managed it for two years. He began working on the conservation of the environment and wildlife in 2012 and created numerous devices and solutions for electronic monitoring and surveillance. He introduced ML and AI to the field of wildlife conservation. He is the owner of numerous patents for goods he developed and designed.

Due to his love of farming and the fact that both his grandfather and father were farmers before they retired from the military, he and a buddy launched an organic farming business in 2014. He began organic farming close to Bharatpur and established Sampurn Organic Pvt. Ltd. as his company name. His business was successful, and they were able to keep their supplies up despite the pandemic.

In 2014, Raja and his college mates got together to discuss doing something to give back to society, and they came up with the idea. They established the Indeed Foundation NGO, which works to support rural children in grades 10 and 12 with their education. Several villages in Jodhpur, Kota, and Jaipur are served by his NGO. They use student volunteers to carry it out. He claims to have been reminded of the numerous medical and engineering students who desire to give their time to teach underprivileged youngsters but are unable to do so due to a lack of opportunities. He is therefore pleased to be giving such volunteers a forum for this.

Raja has pleasant memories of his early years, when the air in the hamlet was clean and everything—from veggies to dairy products—could be found just off the farm. He claims that, growing up in a shared family culture, the entire hamlet was like one giant family. His upbringing in a village taught him how to get by with the fewest resources and help possible.

Speaking about his success mantra, he claims that he was always motivated to try again after each setback. His advice to young people is to work hard in life. They ought to make an effort to behave morally. He believes that planning your day effectively is crucial. He believes you should set time limits for using social media and avoid becoming dependent on it. He also counsels young people to be adaptable in their career choices in case they are unsuccessful in the first one they try.
