Describing his struggles, Raj says he had a roller coaster journey forming the right team and making them stick around the platform. Globalising the resources and convincing the investors of his new and innovative idea was a difficult task for him. Moreover, figuring out the right time to quit the corporate job and start his firm full-fledged was another major struggle.

Talking about his role models, Raj says his parents are his motivation and role models. His father taught him patience and his mother taught him to be competitive. He has also learned from his teachers at his school and college. He still remembers one of his professors saying, “Don’t be so cool that you catch a cold.”
Recalling his childhood, Raj says one of his fondest childhood memories is flying kites in the evening and getting a football from his father.
Raj advises aspiring entrepreneurs to be persistent with their goals, to keep working to understand the market well, be fast-paced and make the right decisions. Be reasonable and plan your resources timely, he says.
Comparing education and experience Raj says he feels that education provides a logical mindset whereas experience gives a practical approach. Therefore, both are essential in life.
If Raj gets a Time Machine, he would like to go back to his enjoyable school and engineering days.
When free, Raj spends time with his kids and family or reads economics books or watches documentaries.
Describing his COVID experience, Raj says he realised that humanity is still alive in people and also noticed a behavioural change in the corporate sector.
Kishor Kumar’s song ‘Rail Gaadi’ is Raj’s favourite that motivates him.
