Rahul Sharma is an Assistant Manager at Good Dot and handles the department of marketing and events.

Rahul shares that he completed his MBA and PGDCA in 2010. After that, he stepped into the field of marketing. He started his career by working with companies in the education sector, where he gained good experience, which he has utilized in his later years. He shares that before working at Good Dot, he worked in the hospitality industry and several other groups of companies, such as JAL International Co. Ltd. and the Miraj Group.

Describing the activities of his company, Good Dot, Rahul says Good Dot aims to provide healthy meals and encourage people to pursue a sustainable lifestyle that can help them maintain good health as well as in protecting our environment. They manufacture plant-based meat and vegan food, providing a wide range of delicious vegan foods that are cruelty-free. He urges everyone that health is the most important wealth and should be preserved at all costs.

Sharing about his struggles, Rahul says that there have been many ups and downs in his career. He faced a financial crisis in 2010 when he had just completed his education and was ready to embark on his career. However, it was challenging for him to start a career due to the downtrend in the market.

When asked about his role models, Rahul mentions the name of the Director of his company, Deepak Parihar, who guided him in his career. Rahul’s father too has been his inspiration throughout his life, teaching him how to increase his capabilities. He is blessed to have a loving and supportive mother.

In times of stress, Rahul likes to listen to music and sing along, which boosts him up to start again.

To all the newcomers, Rahul advises them to be clear about what they want to do in their lives and proceed towards achieving them.
