Rahul has started his own dairy by the name Radha Krishna Dairy and now sells flavored shrikhand in Udaipur.

Rahul, who was born and brought up in Udaipur, used to work as a soft skill trainer as a freelancer before the pandemic. The coronavirus outbreak has upended millions of lives around the globe and Rahul was one of them as he did not have any projects to work upon. Then he decided to start something on his own, and that’s where the idea of shrikhand came to his mind.

Rahul lives with his family and says his wife told him that it would be a brilliant idea to sell shrikhand as it was not earlier made and there’s scope in it because people haven’t tasted something like this before. His firm now makes shrikhand in different flavors and sends it to the markets all over Udaipur. He thinks the market in Udaipur has never tasted something like his shrikhand before and thinks it would bring a new variation to the market.

Rahul says his inspiration would always be his parents who have always supported him.

To go into the food business he says you have to be mindful of two things and that is quality and ethics because there is a lot of competition otherwise. Rahul says if you can provide your customers a good quality product, your business will prosper for sure.

He says you are never too old to start doing something and that’s why one should never give up and keep pushing until they get success in life. He says even the owner of KFC started his career very late and therefore, to be consistent is the key.

If he can go back in time, Rahul wants to become a sportsperson.

Rahul says he loves to go on mountain treks and river rafting as he is a very adventurous person. In his free time, he tries to go for a run or trekking.
