Your problems don’t define you, your attitude towards them does.
Your problems don’t define you, your attitude towards them does.
Rahul Raj Mali is the Founder and CEO at UDC Networks.
Rahul hails from Udaipur. He did his schooling from Udaipur itself. He says that his family background was not financially sound during his childhood. He says that he wanted to become a doctor but his financial background didn’t allow him and thus he did his graduation at MLSU from private mode. He says that being financially weak, he had to support his education by himself. Later, his cousin brother saw his knack for technology and motivated him to do engineering and even paid for it.
After completing his engineering, he got a job in Udaipur and worked there for five years before he was sacked due to COVID. Then, he started his own IT company during the COVID period itself. He says that his company provides IT services to various industries. He says that his business boomed during the pandemic period as the IT industry grew at a rapid pace during that time.
Comparing education and experience, Rahul says that having experience is more important in life than education as whatever you learn through books, you have to practise it to get perfection.
Rahul considers his cousin brother and sister-in-law as his role models, who not only supported him morally but also financially during his struggle. He gives the credit of his successful business to both of them.
Given a chance to go back in time with a time machine, Rahul would like reliving his childhood and enjoying life with his friends once again.
Advising the younger generation, Rahul says that you should go for stable and promising career options and not follow herd mentality. He says that you can choose the IT field too as it is an ever-growing field.
