Rahul Dembla is a CA by profession and a teacher by passion. He aims to help students realize their dreams.

Rahul Dembla was born and brought up in Udaipur. He completed his schooling in Udaipur. He is a CA all-India rank holder. He is a CA by profession and also runs two coaching institutes by the names of RPSC Adda and the Professionals Coaching Institute in Udaipur.

Rahul shares that his father started a business with a partner. His partner breached his trust and he suffered losses in his business. His father had borrowed some money from people. When his father suffered losses in his business, people would be at his door to ask for the money. Rahul was in 9th standard at that time. He saw people shout at his father and it really worried him. He was helpless as he thought why couldn’t he help his father? That’s when he decided to do something that people would think twice before pointing fingers at his family.

Rahul wasn’t a meritorious student till his 10th standard. In his high school, he opted for commerce. He worked very hard and stood 3rd in his class 12 board examinations. After that, he started preparing for CA exams. He cleared all his CA exams in first attempts. And in the final exam, he was an all-India rank holder.

Talking about struggles in his life, Rahul says that from his high school itself he started earning alongside his studies. He would give tuition to his classmates and that way he would be able to fund his personal as well as educational expenses. Even during his CA preparations, he would give tuition to students in the day and at night he would study for his CA exams. He says that during his whole CA preparation he never asked for a single penny from his parents.

After completing his CA he started a coaching institute with one of his friends. He says that they started from scratch. They started in a very small room. He did not ask for any money from his family. He pumped in his own personal savings to start the coaching. He says that he and his friend arranged some chairs from their homes for students to sit. This is how they started. After the first batch of 4 students, slowly and steadily they started getting many more students. After a period of struggle, they gained some ground. Looking at their hard work one institute in Udaipur offered them its premises to conduct their classes so that they could coach many more students. Thus they became bigger and bigger. Later they were approached by a renowned coaching institute in Udaipur to come and join them. They joined that institute and worked for them for a couple of years.

Rahul says that he started his coaching with the objective of providing free coaching to needy students. But during the lockdown, he realized that he had deviated from his objective. He was working for private coaching and was earning well. He left that coaching Institute and started his own coaching. He says that during the COVID-19 imposed lockdown he gave free coaching to all the students.

Rahul considers his father his role model. He draws inspiration from him. He says that even after all the adversities in his life his father never let them feel the lack of anything. He always put a smile on his face.

To youngsters, Rahul advises that they should first find their passion. And then they should have a junoon to pursue that. They should never make any excuses and work zealously.

Rahul’s success mantra is, be mad about your work. Never look at the clock while working and rest not until you’re done.

Rahul is of the opinion that education is very important in one’s life. Education acts as a launchpad to the corporate world. Education always pays off.

If he could go back in time and undo something, Rahul would still want to be in the same profession as he is now.

To unwind from his busy schedule Rahul likes to watch movies and web-series. He also likes to go on long drives with his wife and explore new places.
