Rahul Chhabria is the founder-partner of Virtual Binz LLP. His company is dedicated to providing business support services to clients based all over the world, with a core mission to build young and empowered teams for them.

Reflecting on his early education and professional path, he recalls being constantly intimidated by a troubling reality. He observed that his talented friends, the skilled crowd, and the youth of Udaipur were moving out of the city due to the lack of good opportunities. This was particularly prevalent during the early years of 2010-2011.

This observation became one of the primary reasons behind his ambition; he wanted to ensure that the talented crowd and youth stayed in Udaipur. This drive inspired and motivated him to start something within the city. Today, he feels they have finally reached a stage where the trend has reversed, and they are now bringing people from metro cities to Udaipur.

They are currently implementing many initiatives to ensure a positive workplace. Entrepreneur Rahul emphasizes keeping the environment and office culture "detoxed." They ensure a 5-day work week for all employees, along with flexible shift timings and flexible break timings.

Overall, the organization is moving towards a path of spiritual enlightenment for the entire team. They celebrate all festivals together—whether Hindu, Muslim, or Christian—with great enthusiasm. Driving today's youth towards this inclusivity is something they are doing very lovingly.

Regarding his lineage [Sindhi], it is said that his ancestors come from a business background. While Rahul may be the first-generation businessman in this specific sector, his grandfather and father were also businessmen. Therefore, he believes that business has always been in his blood.

He describes himself as an "ultimate townie." He was born, brought up, raised, and educated in Udaipur, and he started his early professional career entirely in the city. Although he has had his fair share of traveling abroad to multiple countries for work, he proudly asserts that he is a local, ultimate townie.

On a personal note, the song "Chaand Taare" from the movie Yes Boss is one of his favorites and part of his daily rituals. When it comes to his guiding philosophy, he cites the code: "If you can believe, you can definitely do it." He insists that belief and hope are qualities that every person should keep inside.

He acknowledges the challenges of operating in Udaipur, which is situated somewhere between a Tier 2 and Tier 3 city. Starting an IT company there, at a time when all the nurtured and talented people were moving out for jobs, was difficult. Convincing them that it was possible to start and run an IT company in Udaipur that required talented people was a challenge in itself. That was one of the biggest hurdles he faced.

Founder Rahul Chhabria proudly states that his achievement is inextricably linked to his challenges. The managers they hired—who were their pilot batch employees—are some of the oldest team members, having been with the company for the past 7 to 8 years. Making them believe in the vision was both his biggest challenge and his greatest achievement.

Looking to the future, he says that they have finally created a new facility. The building is G+5 (Ground plus five floors) with a capacity for about 750 employees. For now, the definitive goal is to fill this building by maintaining strong client relations and adapting to AI and changes in technology. Only after filling this building will they discuss the next phase; the immediate priority is to reach full capacity.

His advice to others centers on consistency. He observes that people give up very easily, or rather, the people of today's generation get bored very easily. If nothing works for 6 to 8 months, they change their field—switching from learning guitar one day to making AI or doing digital marketing the next.

He insists that consistency and sticking to one thing, while also updating one's knowledge, is crucial because technology changes rapidly. What is trending today may become obsolete after 1-2 years. Therefore, keeping oneself updated and staying consistent while loving what you do is what he asks and insists the youth to do.
