Ragini is a self-taught dancer who initially wished to become an actress but found her true calling in dancing.

Ragini Bajpai Tiwari is a dancer. She is the director of her own ILI Dance Academy. She has been running her dance academy for the past sixteen years.

Ragini hails from a village in Jhansi and is currently settled in Indore.

Describing her struggles, Ragini says that, as she came from a village, creative professions like dance and acting were not viewed in a good light by the village community. So, her parents wanted her to study and get a good job instead. But Ragini had different plans in mind and wanted to pursue her interest no matter what. So she began her journey and opened a small dance academy for women.

Speaking about her achievements, Ragini says she feels proud to share that many of her students have now started their own dance classes. Ragini has also been in DID Super Mom, DID Doubles, and India’s Got Talent.

Drawing lessons from her mistakes, Ragini says that one should not trust anyone blindly. She adds that we should strive to do things by ourselves rather than depending on others, which in turn also boosts our confidence and skills.

When asked about her role models, Ragini says she is thankful to the almighty, who showed her the way and guided her at every step in life. She is also grateful to her husband, who showed faith in her efforts and supported her through thick and thin.

Advising aspiring dancers, Ragini suggests they enter this field professionally after gaining a thorough knowledge of the subject. She further adds that they should be clear about all forms of dance and gain mastery over one.

Her hobbies include offering prayers to the almighty, which also keeps her relaxed. She also enjoys feeding birds, gardening, and singing.

Her success mantra is, "There is victory beyond fear."
