Raag started Compass Box Studio to help musicians realize their dreams and get their songs produced. He is glad that his parents supported his career transition from being a teacher to a musician. Raag also has his own YouTube channel, which has 4000+ subscribers, and his studio is best known for composing Indie music among all production houses.
Raag says that when he initially started his studio, he had no knowledge of audio engineering and considered a lack of expertise an obstacle in his music career. To overcome this, Raag spent countless hours on YouTube and music forums to understand the nitty-gritty of music equipment. He is grateful to his friends who introduced him to this craft. Producing his very first album was a challenge as well as a milestone for Raag, wherein he was exposed to a lot of learning.
Talking about COVID, Raag says that since most musicians earn through gigs and live shows, it was a difficult period for them since their incomes came to a halt. However, he mentions that many musicians collaborated online during that time period, which was a positive in the situation.
Talking about his role models, Raag says he draws inspiration from Michael League, an American music composer. He is also inspired by his parents, whose advice have always proved to be valuable for him.

About leadership, Raag says that a person becomes a leader when they find something they feel strongly about and drive other people along with it.
If Raag could go back in a Time Machine, he would fulfill his curiosity about different subjects besides music.
Raag advises aspiring musicians to focus on producing great quality work and improving themselves with every song they produce.
In his free time, Raag plays games on his PC, which is a source of escapism for him. He derives learning from these games, such as hand-eye coordination.
