Sridhar’s next job was with Crompton Greaves, where he worked for two years. Thereafter, he got a job at a famous advertising agency, where he worked for four years. Sridhar then joined one of the world’s most famous companies, Ogilvy & Mather, where he worked for twenty-five years.

Sridhar is motivated by many people, including his father, his boss, his elder brother and his colleagues. He advises everyone to believe in themselves and become their best version day by day. Sridhar also urges them to try different things and not be afraid of failure. He defines motivation as "going and achieving your goal regardless of anything."
When asked about his mistakes, Sridhar says that mistakes never pull you down. He adds that mistakes are never a problem, but the way we treat them is a problem. His success mantra is not to give up but find out better ways of performing that task.
