An entrepreneur, Priyansh is carrying forward his family business and excelling in his professional and personal life by following a healthy and disciplined routine.

Priyansh Bubber is the director of Bubber's Handicraft House in Jaipur. His firm is into export and manufacturing of handicraft items.

Priyansh did his MBA from the University of Warsaw, Poland. He has also written a book named “Thirteen Things to Remember Before Buying a Gift Item”. Along with this, he is also a passionate tennis player and drone pilot.

Describing the story behind his business, Priyansh says his grandfather, who was a refugee from the India-Pakistan partition in 1947, founded this business. He remembers his grandfather used to tell him the story of his struggle when he was very young and had to come to India, leaving all the property behind in Pakistan. His grandfather hid a hundred rupee note in his shoes and with that single note, he started his struggle in India. After doing many businesses, he moved to Jaipur and set up a small tea stall. But after a while, his grandfather had to close it down and he started an imitation jewellery shop.

Priyansh says his father then came up with a new business of handicraft items, seeing the potential of the market. Priyansh’s father made it into a huge business, starting from small.  Priyansh himself joined the business in the year 2017 after completing his MBA.  He says he started by doing every kind of ground level work like cleaning of the workplace, packaging and doing photography of the handicraft items for the website.

When asked about his role models, Priyansh says he considers his father as his role model. He seeks inspiration from the energy and zeal of his father for running several companies.

Speaking about his mistakes, Priyansh says he has committed many mistakes in his business, through which he learned a lot. One of his mistakes was offering the products on his website as per his own market prediction and ignoring the actual need of the customer. Another major mistake was not taking help from the experts for meeting the deadline of a huge export order. After that, he realized his mistake and learned that it’s good to have an expert’s help while entering a new field.

Sharing his life mantra, Priyansh says he follows a healthy routine in daily life. He wakes up early at 4 am and till 10 am, he enjoys his time as per his wishes. He also likes to plan his day ahead to make his work easy and organized. He says because he plans his day and follows a healthy routine, he is able to devote a quality time for his family.

When asked about his achievements, Priyansh humbly answers that he has done all the work from scratch, from marketing to other important departments of his business. He says with the blessings of his elders, he has been able to fulfill all his responsibilities.

Priyansh advises the young generation to value the knowledge and experience of the elder generation. He always tries to take advice from his father and guidance from other experienced fellow entrepreneurs to follow the right path.
