Priyanka Goyal Agarwal originally hails from Surat, Gujarat but now she is married in Udaipur. She is a baker and the founder of a bakery named - Let’s Knead by Priyanka.

Priyanka Goyal was born and nurtured in Surat, Gujarat. She completed her education in Surat itself. She recently got married and lives with her in-laws in Udaipur. She is a baker and in a short span of time has created a name for herself in Udaipur with the innovative bakery delicacies she serves.

Going down memory lane Priyanks recalls that she was never interested in cooking and baking. Once she attended a cooking class and learned there how to bake. When she came back home she attempted at putting her knowledge to test but to no avail. She ended up baking something entirely different but cake. This was a setback for her. But her mother always encouraged her in every pursuit of hers. One fine day her mother came up to her and proposed her to join cooking classes which were to be held in Mumbai. So taking her mother’s advice Priyanka joined the classes. When she came back home, she became obsessed with baking, all the time she would think of baking only. Thus she started her first bakery in her hometown Surat. She got a good response from the people and thus she continued making cakes and other bakery items.

Talking about setbacks in her life Priyanka says that when she got married she had to shut her bakery and come to Udaipur. But during COVID times she sensed the opportunity and started her bakery. She has garnered a good response from the people here in Udaipur. She is continuing with her innovations and experiments so that she can make herself stand out in the market.

To anyone who wants to be a baker, Priyanka advises that he should be innovative and ready to take the feedback positively from his customers.

Priyanka believes that she is a born leader. She inherited leadership skills from her mother. During her free time, Priyanka likes to read books, listen to music and watch movies.

If she could go back in time and undo something Priyanka would want to be an air-hostess as it was her childhood dream.
