Transitioning from an engineering aspirant to becoming a B.Sc gold medalist, Priya became a guest faculty at a government college and a department coordinator at a private college. Her teaching approach focuses on removing students' fear of mathematics and encouraging their academic growth.

Priya Sharma has been working as a Department Coordinator at Vision College, Chittorgarh, since 2021. She is also a guest faculty member at a government polytechnic college, where she's been teaching Mathematics since 2021.

Priya completed her studies at Vikram University, Ujjain. As a passionate educator, her goal is to help students studying BBA, BCA, and MBA conquer their fear of mathematics. Her big dream is to mentor five outstanding students from Vision College and help them become the top achievers at the university.

Talking about her career choice, Priya says that initially, she intended to take engineering exams but couldn't pursue that path. As a result, she shifted her attention and decided to pursue a B.Sc degree with the determination to excel. She succeeded in becoming a district topper in her B.Sc studies.

Looking back on her childhood, Priya recalls finishing her schooling at a school in Kalapipal, Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh. She mentions that her school was among the top-performing schools. Despite affordable fees, the quality of education was high. She considers her school to be an ideal one.

Priya admires Neelima, who is now the principal of the school where Priya once studied. Neelima was Priya's Math teacher and played a big part in helping her conquer her fear of the subject. Priya wants to follow in Neelima's footsteps and become a teacher who can make a positive difference in her students' lives, just like Neelima did for her.

The quote that inspires Priya is "Where there is a will, there's a way."

Priya recalls that to support herself and her family, she gave home tuition after college and also assisted her father's business. She managed to pay her fees on her own, and because her grades were excellent, some of her fee was also covered by the government.

When asked about her achievements, Priya says that despite switching fields, she accomplished becoming a B.Sc. gold medalist. Three years ago, due to her impressive academic performance, she received an offer to join as a guest faculty at a government polytechnic college. She considers these as her achievements.

Since joining, Priya has contributed to the improvement of the students' academic performance there. Additionally, she has also supported some students financially, says Priya.

For anyone interested in entering this profession, Priya emphasizes the importance of punctuality, discipline, and a sense of responsibility toward work. She highlights the need to be dedicated to teach students and advises against pursuing this path solely for monetary gain.

Priya's message to the youth is to enjoy their student life while also taking their studies seriously. She encourages them to engage in activities that contribute to the betterment of society, extend a helping hand to others, and strive to make a positive impact on the nation.
