Priya Sharma is working as a Management Head at First Step Kindergarten School.

Priya Sharma lives in Kankroli. She was born and brought up in Nathdwara. She is an M.A in Economics and Sociology.

Talking about her struggles in life, Priya says that she failed two times in class 10th. At that time, she was extremely depressed and unmotivated. But her parents and her grandmother motivated her a lot to give the exam again and move ahead in her life, says Priya.

Regarding education and experience, Priya says that both are equally important in life. If you only take education and there is no experience then it is not useful and if you only have experience without education then the work is not done in a systematic way, says Priya.

When asked about her role models in life, Priya says she considers her parents and her grandmother as her role models. She also considers her husband as her role model who motivates and helps her to manage her home and work together.

Sharing her Covid experience, Priya says that she conducted online classes for the students and worked hard to sustain her institution during the pandemic.

In her spare time, Priya likes to go to temples. She also likes to do shopping and visit gardens and parks in her free time.

For all the women, Priya suggests working in any field and coming out of the four walls of the house. She also advises all men to help and motivate women so that they can do some work outside their homes.

For all the youngsters, Priya advises them that they should do something in their life. They should never consider any work as of low grade. Every work has equal importance, says Priya.
