An honest educator, Prithviraj always faced challenges bravely and confidently. He had a passion for teaching and worked in the education sector for 40 years. He has also written and published various religious and spiritual books.

Prithviraj Parmar is a Retired Principal from the School of Excellence in Mandsaur.

Prithviraj reveals that he worked for five years in a private school before moving on. Subsequently, he was designated as a lecturer in government service. In the administrative services, he was employed at the VRCC as well. Later on, he held positions as a District Education Officer and principal of a high school. He lives his life according to the tenet that "Work is worship."

In addition, he says that he has authored and published a number of spiritual and religious publications for the good of society.

When asked about his role models, Prithviraj says he looks up to his parents and instructors, Bhavani Singh Chouhan and H.L. Goyal, who instilled in him a constant sense of fervour and energy.

Prithviraj was born and raised in a hamlet close to Mandsaur. He had a difficult upbringing as he had to work hard in the fields and look after their cattle  in addition to his schooling. At sixteen, in order to get money, he began working.

Prithviraj remarks that he had been tough and determined ever since he was a little boy. He faced every challenging circumstance head-on and confidently. He constantly made an effort to overcome the obstacles and never gave up.

When asked about his accomplishments, Prithviraj says that he accomplished a great deal while holding a variety of positions, including those in administration and education.

He gives advice on how vital it is to work honestly and how committed one should be to achieve success in life. Never ever try to trick someone, says Prithviraj. Always show your elders and parents respect. He thinks that you should constantly give it your all in order to accomplish your goals and that nothing is truly impossible.

Prithviraj acknowledges his errors and claims that a lack of direction and sound counsel was the reason for many of his missteps. He didn't have a clear life goal when he was younger, but he always made an effort to learn from his failures. He was hired by the government at first as a pump attendant, but he made the mistake of quitting after just one year. Likewise, he turned down a position as a primary school teacher in order to pursue his dream of becoming a commissioned officer. He put in a lot of effort, aced the MPPSC interview, and entered government service as a lecturer in order to make up for these errors.

He says that without education, one can enhance their abilities and capabilities, but they can’t gain experience. He thinks both education and experience are equally important in life.
