In times of most of the youth chasing IITs and NEET, Praveen decided to choose a path less travelled. He chose yoga and naturopathy as his fields and presently teaches yoga across different sections of society.

Praveen Kumar is a yoga teacher based in Bhopal. He has been in this field for the last seven years.

Recalling his childhood, Praveen says he belongs to a middle-class family and completed his education in different places like Jhansi and prayagraj. He did his BSc in Biology, followed by his MSc in Yoga.

Praveen believes that ongoing diseases like asthma can be cured with the help of yoga and meditation. He advises everyone to exercise on a daily basis to get rid of issues like back pain, rather than relying on medication. Praveen says that health problems like diabetes can also be controlled with yogic practices.

Advising yoga aspirants, Praveen says they first need to educate themselves about health and the different asanas of yoga. He goes on to say that it is very important to know how to handle people and understand their health issues, if any.

When free, Praveen likes to spend his time in peace at the lakeside. His success mantra is to keep working hard.

प्रवीण कुमार भोपाल में योग शिक्षक हैं। वह पिछले सात साल से इस क्षेत्र में हैं।

अपने बचपन को याद करते हुए प्रवीण कहते हैं कि वह एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं और उन्होंने झांसी और प्रयागराज जैसे अलग-अलग जगहों से अपनी शिक्षा पूरी की। उन्होंने जीव विज्ञान में बीएससी किया, उसके बाद योग में एमएससी किया।

प्रवीण का मानना है कि योग और ध्यान की मदद से अस्थमा जैसी चल रही बीमारियों को ठीक किया जा सकता है। वह सभी को सलाह देते हैं कि पीठ दर्द जैसी समस्याओं से छुटकारा पाने के लिए दवाओं पर निर्भर रहने के बजाय रोजाना व्यायाम करें। प्रवीण का कहना है क
