Pratik Saini is the Head of the Creative Team at TILS Education, Bhilwara. He also works as an administrator in the Rajasthan Education Department.

Hailing from Bhilwara, Rajasthan, Pratik completed his undergraduate studies in Science. However, driven by a profound interest in Humanities subjects, he pursued a master degree in Sociology and is currently undertaking his second master degree in Political Science.

Pratik firmly believes that education serves as the linchpin for societal change. He believes a teacher plays a pivotal role in shaping the minds of the future generation and contributing to the betterment of the country. This belief inspired him to pursue a career in the education field.

Responding to a question, Pratik says while he does not have a specific role model, he draws inspiration from diverse sources. Notably, Sadhguru, Vikas Divyakirti, and Sandeep Maheshwari have been influential figures from whom he has learned valuable life lessons.

A quote that resonates deeply with Pratik is "The biggest gift in your life is your life itself," attributed to Sadhguru. Additionally, the song "Ek din bik jayega maati ke mol" serves as a constant reminder for him to remain humble and grounded in life.

Reflecting on his journey, Pratik acknowledges the challenges he faced growing up in a small city, and as he belonged to a middle-class family, he had limited exposure and guidance. He started working at a young age, contributing significantly to the development of his communication skills.

Pratik's commendable contributions have not gone unnoticed. He was honoured with the Inspire Award by the Government of India and received the Achiever Award from Dainik Bhaskar. He has also been a speaker on various national and global platforms.

Offering advice to young individuals, Pratik encourages them to consistently strive for learning and maintain a lifelong student mentality. He emphasises the importance of gratitude for available resources and support, urging others to utilise them to the best of their abilities.
