A passionate Pastry Instructor, Prateek Tripathi is working hard to make a mark in the food industry.

Prateek is a Pastry Instructor in Delhi. He has been running his studio with the name ‘My Kitchen Fables’ for the last two and half years. He claims he has taught 3500 students till now. He specializes in eggless bakery and in European and French baking.

Prateek hails from Delhi. Since childhood, he had been interested in cooking and baking. He wanted to become a doctor after growing up. His subject was science biology in 12th class. Prateek says that his family is a foodie family where they discuss a lot about making new dishes daily by exploring google and other platforms.

Talking about his entry into this field, Prateek says that once he came to know about the  Master Chef India audition Season 5 in 2016. His friends and parents motivated him to participate in that competition. He won the first round and he feels it as a big achievement for himself. This motivated him and he ranked among the top 30 contestants in India. Since then he never looked back, says Prateek. He went to Gwalior to study Hotel Management from IHM and graduated in Hospitality, Administration and Management.

When asked about his role models, Prateek says that his parents and his grandmother are the biggest inspirations to him.

In his free time, Prateek listens to music, does calligraphy and watches animated movies.

Sharing his Covid experience, Prateek says that it was a good chance for him to try different types of dishes and he learned a lot during the pandemic.

For youngsters who wish to enter into this profession, Prateek advises them to be very hard working, creative, dedicated, and must have the ability to do a lot of research and discuss with the people around them. He also advises them that education is necessary in this field, so they should keep learning.

To everyone, Prateek advises not to make perceptions about people. They should try to know about themselves. Being a funny and lively person, he is ready to help us if we share our problems and take us out of our depression, says Prateek.

In the next five years, Prateek desires to have his own bakery shop and a cafe in which he would display his pastries.
